Colectivo agua y aceite

A collective composed of Daniel Alvarez Olmedo, María Belén Guiliani, and Guido Villar, which since 2010 has worked in the fields of art, science, and technology, producing interactive and evolving installations with robotic technology, electronics, mechanisms, i3D, video, databases, the internet, microscopy, and living microorganisms manipulation.
Water and oil are elements that do not mix because, by nature, they are immiscible and form two separate layers, which is often the case with different social classes.
Conceptually, they address issues related to inequality, marginalization and discrimination mechanisms against low-income groups.
